My career path has led me to work both in Canada and internationally, notably in Germany, the Congo and Japan, and I have also held the position of Criminal Intelligence Coordinator with the CFNIS (Canadian Forces National Investigation Service). With over 20 years’ experience in managing software license agreements for your business solutions, certifications and vendor partner programs, I create value and optimize the customer eXperience by overseeing the pricing, renewal and compliance of IBM software contracts.

As a microcomputer technician with a diploma from Collège de l’Estrie, specializing in the operations of technology firms, I promote organizational efficiency while ensuring your technological security.
